About Kevin
My name is Kevin Macho. I am a public speaker who helps leaders and managers reach their full potential as trusted, respected individuals that organizations would be attracted to and people would want to follow. I also possess an SPHR Human Resources Certification and specialize in easy to understand, Human Resources Compliance Training.
I do keynote speeches and offer specific, customized training where we discuss how to save organizations from high dollar liability incurred so often as a result of management and HR personnel failing to understand required concepts. Regarding Active Shooter Training, I teach concepts that can literally save lives as well as protecting the reputation of organizations who could end up in court through not providing enough training to their staff members.
I’ve been a business owner for over 20 years and have been through the difficulties of business as well as experiencing the problems associated with legal challenges and the liability associated with lack of preparedness in compliance. I have led and managed at many different levels bringing real-world experience to the concepts taught.
I spent years studying and teaching employment law and I possess a large depth of knowledge related to actual court cases in the areas of family leave, the FLSA, the ADA, and other critical compliance areas your supervisors and other “persons of influence” must know to protect your liability.
