My name is Kevin Macho. I am a public speaker who helps leaders and managers reach their full potential as trusted, respected individuals that organizations would be attracted to and people would want to follow. I also possess an SPHR Human Resources Certification and specialize in easy to understand, Human Resources Compliance Training. I do keynote speeches and also offer specific, customized training focused on meeting the needs of your audience or organization.
I have led and managed organizations at many different levels for over 20 years and will teach your leaders and managers the key concepts and techniques to be successful leaders in your organization. I also offer specific, customized training where we teach your organization how to avoid high dollar liability incurred so often as a result of management and HR personnel failing to understand and implement required legal concepts.
I spent years studying and teaching employment law and I possess a large depth of knowledge related to actual court cases in the areas of family leave, the FLSA, the ADA, and other critical compliance areas your supervisors and other “persons of influence” must know to protect your liability.
I have over 20 years’ experience as a police officer and spent many years working the tough streets of Portland, Oregon. I had a front-row seat to watch the evolution of Active Shooter Training through the years. I personally experienced hundreds of high-risk tactical incidents involving violent individuals with guns and other types of weapons.
I possess a unique combination of hardcore, inner-city law enforcement experience as a line employee combined with years of experience as a business owner that is rarely seen. Through my public speaking experience, I bring the charisma to deliver high quality, dynamic, interesting training to meet your needs through both live, in-person and web-based platforms.
